Senet Teams Up for IoT Solutions
Announces relationships with Radio Bridge, Wellness Telecom
IoT software and service provider Senet is raking up allies in its efforts to accelerate the development and deployment of IoT systems.
The Lowdown: In the past week, Senet has announced two separate partnerships – one with Radio Bridge, a manufacturer of LoRa-based wireless sensors, and the other with Wellness Telecom, a global provider of IoT, cybersecurity, Big Data, and AI solutions.
The Details: Under the partnership with Radio Bridge, Senet’s LoRaWAN network connectivity can be purchased directly through Radio Bridge’s device management console, the company’s free Web-based service for automatically provisioning, configuring, and monitoring its devices. The agreement gives Radio Bridge customers access to the largest LoRaWAN network in North America, according to Senet officials.
Meanwhile, Spain-based Wellness Telecom is looking to expand the footprint of its smart city IoT solutions in the United States. The agreement will allow the company to do this by leveraging Senet’s Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) connectivity and device management services. Wellness Telecom’s smart city portfolio includes solutions for street lighting, waste management and recycling, energy and water consumption tracking, and analytics.
The Buzz: “We look forward to continuing our work with Radio Bridge to enable solution providers with seamless sensor provisioning, configuration, and instant low-power wide-area connectivity when deploying a multitude of IoT devices,” said Bruce Chatterley, CEO of Senet. “Our partnership will speed the product development process and provide go-to-market capabilities for developers across a wide range of rapidly advancing IoT applications.”
“For the U.S. market, we wanted to partner with a stable, reputable leader to help streamline the deployment of our solutions and, ultimately, provide a quicker ROI for our customers,” said David Garcia Ternero, founder and CEO of Wellness Telecom. “Senet is a perfect fit for our growth objectives. Our strategic partnership allows us to easily connect our full suite of smart city products to Senet’s network and to easily scale as our customer base grows.”
